Editor's Message: Inter-regionalisms emerging in Higher Education in the Global South

Abstract

The present number 6 of the Journal of Higher Education of the Global South -RESUR- July - December 2018- is published in a strongly transitional context, in the middle of a cycle of regional and global political changes, the emergence of hegemonic tensions in the world system and a higher education that registers the complexity and uncertainties of that broader cultural, economic and political context.
